The Boggs Airmaster was a flying car design that was patented in 1944. It was a rather odd idea. The vehicle came complete with a separate
airframe, a separate automobile frame, and an interchangable cabin with engine. The cabin could be transferred as required. While the concept was
an innovation, a crane must have been needed to accomplish the change from one mode to another. Not very convenient.
