"The Company was founded in 1990 as a business entity to design, develop, manufacture and market personal vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (VTOL). The company has researched, designed, developed and integrated all the essential technologies required for an automobile sized VTOL roadable aircraft. These include 3D computer flight control systems, navigation control, efficient ducted fan designs, thrust vectoring system and aerodynamically stable composite airframe structures. There have been several significant spin-off technologies from this research. They are the 3D navigation system, the 4 X 4 hybrid power system, and the flight and drive control system."
